My life in the property industry started in 2015 when I spent two years as a sales negotiator. After returning from a break from the industry, I completed my CEMAP qualification. In 2019, Flynn & Co was born, and since then, we have helped hundreds of families buy and move homes. I love spending my weekends outdoors with my dogs, Marlo and Simba.

Having worked in financial services for 19 years, I have a wealth of experience. Beginning my career in banking, I worked my way through the ranks before training to become a mortgage advisor. On a mission to help more clients, I became a mortgage broker, where I pride myself on going above and beyond for each client. I love walking with my dog, Bella, reading crime novels and socialising with friends and family.

After achieving my mortgage qualifications in 2017, I worked alongside a mortgage brokerage. I began building up my experience by working with some extremely complicated cases. I now have two young kids and decided to create a schedule that works around them and my clients. I’m a big football fan and was once a keen golfer, looking to get back into the sport when I have the time.

I have over 10 years experience in the Financial Services Industry specifically in the Legal and Insurance sector.
Before becoming a Broker, I spent a number of years providing Personal Protection advice to customers, which is something I’m very passionate about and I actually qualified as a Protection Adviser before I qualified as a Mortgage Adviser.
I find the house buying process exciting and I love helping customers reach their goals to achieve their dream homes.
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my Partner and 4 step children. As a family, we love Rugby and Football so our time together is nice and busy. I love the flexibility I have as a Broker and its as important to me to ensure that I offer my customer appointments around their family needs too.
